This one's the showstopper — three luxurious rooms, a huge indoor pool, a hot tub, and views of Lake Chelan that make people go quiet mid-sentence. It usually hosts anniversaries. We think it should host you.

There's a chef's kitchen with food storage for whatever your crew hauls in, and breakfast and lunch are available on request. Swim before bed. Sit in the hot tub while the lake goes pink. Repeat as needed.

The last house on First Creek Road, which is exactly as peaceful as it sounds. Camping is available now, and three indoor bedrooms, by the night, will be available soon. Hot tub out back, full kitchen inside, and breakfast available.

It's the quietest spot we've got, and after two weeks on a fire line, we suspect that's the amenity that counts.
